Delivery

Delivery time from the point at which payment is made can vary between 3 days to three weeks. This is because some of our products are made to order and includes the production time.

UK delivery

Free shipping on all UK orders.

Small items are shipped using Post Office UK and Parcel Force for large items when delivering within the UK. Once pieces are prepared the shipping time can take between 3 and 5 days depending on the size and weight of the item and the time of year e.g. Christmas. 

Tracking information is available on orders over £150.

Local pickup

A local pickup option from my studio in Ancoats, Manchester is also available.

International delivery

Items are shipped using Parcel Force for international delivery. Delivery times will vary based on the country that we are delivering to. 

Tracking information is available to help keep track of shipments.

Sometimes additional local import taxes will be requested by customs authorities. These additional taxes are not included in the shipping costs and will need to be paid separately to the local customs authority to complete the delivery.
